This nebula is a supernova remnant of a star that exploded about 8000 years ago. This is a normal light image using conventional red, green, and blue filters to create the color image.
Distance: 5000 light years

Mount: Astro-Physics Mach1 GTO with Advanced Telescope Systems portable pier
Images: 63 subexposures of 10 minutes each with 18 luminance, 15 red, 15 green, and 15 blue for a total of 10 hours and 30 minutes
